This notice covers what we do with your personal data when you contact us through this website or become a client. If you are a client asking how we handle your customers' data, see data processing instead.
Who we are
Talkify Solutions is a registered call centre based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, serving clients in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email info@talkifysolutions.com.
What we collect

Who we share it with
- Our IT and communications providers — website hosting and email delivery, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers — where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other outsourcers or lead generators, and we do not buy marketing lists.
Where your data goes
We are based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, so data you send us is processed there. Pakistan is not covered by UK adequacy regulations. For ordinary business enquiries this is processing by us as controller of your own business contact details. Where we process your customers' data as your processor, a transfer safeguard applies — see data processing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the life of the contract plus six years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. There is no charge and we will respond within one month. Email info@talkifysolutions.com.
